Modified Bitumen Membrane

Modified Bitumen Membrane

Hydrophobic, resistant and durable: bitumen is the benchmark for waterproofing. A naturally occurring material, modified bitumen is still a high-value technology product today.

Rubberized bitumen membrane

Rubberized bitumen membrane

The rubberized bitumen membrane is a robust and flexible membrane used for waterproofing concrete structures and roofing. The membrane was successfully used worldwide by the most reputable architects, engineers and owners, on all kinds of horizontal and vertical structures including outdoor terraces, indoor and outdoor stepped parking slabs, flower bins, tunnels, bridges, foundation walls and roofs.... For 40 years, this has been a record of excellence.

Single ply membrane

Single ply membrane

The PVC (chlorinated polyvinyl) and TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) thermoplastic membranes are installed in a single layer, they have properties of flexibility, resistance to punching and upper tearing, the connection of two membrane sheets is by flame-free fusion with hot air at very high temperatures. These membranes are usually pale in colour and often selected for their high solar reflectance index.
